Sultan of Johor attends wedding

Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar attends the wedding of Mohammad Jamil Hilmi, the youngest son of Johor Menteri Besar, Datuk Abdul Ghani and Prof Datin Paduka Jamillah. Also present Tunku Mahkota Johor, Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim and Tunku Temenggong of Johor, Tunku Idris Ibrahim.

Sultan Mizan officiates the Opening of the State Assembly

The Coronation of Yang di-Pertuan Agong

Tuanku Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah coronation was going on smoothly this morning. The Rulers of Malaysia also attended the coronation.

 Tuanku Abdul Halim kisses the al-Quran which is the symbol of the glory of Islam.

The King kisses Keris Panjang Diraja also known as Goverment Keris.

Tuanku Abdul Halim consented to give royal speech during his proclamation.




He left the Balairongseri after the coronation ended.

The Official Portrait of The King and Queen

Department of Information Malaysia released the official portrait of the King and Queen. The Yang di-Pertuan Agong was wearing muscat embroidered with gold and embroidered long pants and also the tengkolok Dendam Tak Sudah.

The Coronation Rehearsal


The rehearsal in conjunction with the coronation of Yang di-Pertuan Agong was held recently at the National Palace, Jalan Duta.

On 11th April 2012, Tuanku Abdul Halim will be crowned as the Yang di-Pertuan Agong for the second time.

Raja Muda of Selangor visits mosque

Raja Muda of Selangor, Tengku Amir Shah ibni Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj visited Ar-Rahimah Mosque in Klang which damaged due to the flood recently. Tengku Amir took a look at the damage that occurs on the ground floor of the mosque. He then performed Jumaat prayers at the mosque. He consented to help ensure that the damage can be recovered.
